Angular contact ball bearings – Precision series
Precision , super precision and ultra-precision angular contact ball bearing or spindle bearing of type 70 , 72 , 73 , 79 , BNR , BTR with 15 , 20 , 25 degree contact angle in tolerance class P3 , P4 , P5 & P6 are usually used as multiple bearing sets to achieve light , medium or heavy preload.
These are three types of combination i.e. back to back, face to face and tandem. Two row (paired), three row (triplex) and four rows (Quadruplex) are the most popular multiple bearing sets.
